Special committee on Asia cup and ICC World T20 meeting at Gaddafi Stadium

Treasure Tomb Entertainment Reliable EntranceLAHORE March 29, 2016: The special committee on Asia cup and ICC World T20 convened for a meeting today at PCB headquarter Gaddafi Stadium Lahore and the following were in attendance. 1. Mr. Shakil Shaikh, Chairman Cricket Committee (Chairman) 2. Mr. Subhan Ahmad, Chief Operating Officer (Member) 3. Mr. Iqbal Qasim, Former Test Player (Member) 4. Mr. Salman Naseer, Sr. Manager Legal (Secretary) National team manager Intikhab Alam, chief selector Haroon Rasheed, selector Azhar Khan, Head Coach Waqar Younis appeared before the committee. They presented their views pertaining to the causes of poor performance in Asia Cup and ICC World T20. Committee will formulate its recommendations within next two days for onward submission to Chairman PCB. The committee also invited Aamer Nazir for his independent point of view regarding the poor performance of the national team in Asia Cup and ICC World T20. The committee had already solicited views of eminent cricketers, Rashid Latif and Mohammad Wasim. The committee will invite Mohammad Yousuf and Jalal-ud-Din for their expert opinion tomorrow.
